Small-group coaching gives young professionals an opportunity to deliberately develop leadership capability alongside peers who are navigating similar stages of their careers.
Sessions combine leadership development, discussion, practical application and reflection. Participants learn concepts, apply them in their own workplaces and return with experiences the group can learn from.
This is not job-search coaching, resume writing, interview preparation or generic life coaching. Our clients already have jobs. That is where our work begins.
Assessments as a Supporting Tool
Assessment tools such as DISC may be used when they add value, but assessments support the coaching process rather than define it.
